We understand that the quality of life within a place is determined by an intricate web of factors. Quality of place, in our view, consists of the unique characteristics that set a community or region apart from others. SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainable design optimizes our built structures and site performances and minimizes negative impacts on our community infrastructures and the living environment. We incorporate sustainable design and energy efficiency principles into our designs, construction practices, and modernization projects, balancing cost, environmental, societal, and human benefits that help better the environment and ensure governmental agencies’ mission objectives and functional needs.
Environmental sustainability is a major goal we strive for on every project. At Strans, we understand that we are at the tipping point with our environment, and alternative design solutions are critical to ensuring a better future.
ART AND CULTURE
In our work, we recognize the profound impact of art and culture. Artists are a reflection of society, influenced by its customs and norms. Their creations, in turn, reflect and uphold the values cherished by the community. Art and culture are pivotal in shaping human behavior and interaction, stirring empathy, fostering dialogue, encouraging reflection, and nurturing novel relationships and ideas.
